Terms and Conditions – 123 MKV Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry specific meanings when used on the 123 MKV platform:

• "123 MKV" or "the Platform" refers to the website accessible at 123mkv.io and all associated services, games, payment systems, and support infrastructure operated under that brand.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an account on 123 MKV or who accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" means the personal profile created by a Player upon completing the 123 MKV registration process.
• "PKR" means Pakistani rupee, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on 123 MKV.
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount held in a Player's 123 MKV account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 123 MKV that are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must bet using bonus funds before those funds convert to real withdrawable PKR.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the certified software system that determines the outcome of all non-live games on 123 MKV.

By completing the 123 MKV registration process, clicking "I Agree" on any sign-up screen, making a first deposit, or placing a first bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

Each individual may hold only one active account on 123 MKV. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.

All deposits and withdrawals on 123 MKV are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion at any stage.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 500. 123 MKV accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Deposits must come from accounts or cards registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 5–15 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals are subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. 123 MKV does not charge withdrawal fees on standard amounts; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts/wallets registered in your own name — matching the name on your 123 MKV account.
• 123 MKV reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or where account activity triggers a review under anti-money laundering procedures.
• Fraudulent, unauthorised, or reversed deposits will result in the corresponding amount being deducted from your 123 MKV balance and may trigger account suspension.

123 MKV offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on slots, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to a 123 MKV account carry a wagering requirement. Until the full wagering requirement is met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.

Fund Usage Order: Real-money PKR in your balance is always wagered before bonus funds. You will not lose bonus credits while real money is available in your account.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or display errors to gain an unfair advantage. Such errors must be reported to 123 MKV support immediately.
• Colluding with other Players in any game format where collusion affects outcomes — including but not limited to Teen Patti and Ludo tournaments.
• Registering multiple accounts, using another person's account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit on 123 MKV.
• Money laundering through deposits and withdrawals. 123 MKV complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and reports suspicious activity as required by applicable regulations.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 123 MKV staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract proprietary code or logic from the 123 MKV platform.

All content on the 123 MKV platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, sound effects, and software — is the property of 123 MKV or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 123 MKV platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform without explicit written permission from 123 MKV.

Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. 123 MKV licences such content for use on the platform and any unauthorised reproduction of game assets is a violation of both these Terms and Conditions and the relevant studio's intellectual property rights.

123 MKV provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 123 MKV shall not be liable for:

• Loss of PKR resulting from decisions made while playing on the platform, including decisions made based on inaccurate information displayed due to a technical error.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from your use of 123 MKV.
• Losses resulting from third-party payment provider delays, failures, or charges.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside 123 MKV's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, or government restrictions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 123 MKV's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

123 MKV reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against 123 MKV by the Player.
• At 123 MKV's reasonable discretion in response to regulatory requirements or legal obligations.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any remaining real-money PKR balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus funds are non-refundable in all circumstances.

A Player may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting 123 MKV support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. See Section 12 for further information about responsible gaming closure options.
